IT Support Engineer - Office 365/Microsoft/Powershell/Networks

£25k - £35k + benefits + training and development!


We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to take responsibility for our own internal IT Systems and then to help us develop a support service to offer to our numerous clients across Europe.

The bulk of the initial work will be focusing on migrating to Office 365 systems, so you will need to have a good understanding of 365 and associated Microsoft technologies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Taking ownership of internal IT Support queries and issues
- Taking the lead on our Office 365 migration project
- Developing new systems within the Office 365 suite
- Offering support to external customers


As we are a Microsoft house it would be advantageous for you to hold Microsoft accreditation, as well as a genuine passion for technology.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Strong skills in Office 365
- Knowledge of Sharepoint or PowerApps
- Scripting skills (Powershell, JavaScript etc.)
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft technologies
