We currently require the services of a Project Manager to be part of the EMEA Network Services team based in Crawley.

Key skill required:
 Responsible for resource management: Prioritising work and resources to ensure that there is a proper work distribution amongst their people. Follow established practices and procedures and is actively involved to complete day to day operations.Responsible for workforce planning: Selection of future employees, development, and performance management of current employees.As the role is customer focused and may require face-to-face contact with both existing and potential customers, first impressions are vitally important.The successful candidate will be required to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct at all times.The role requires a proactive attitude when dealing with customer issues, whether in the office or on the road.The ideal candidate will also have the responsibility for managing customer expectations, relaying to customers what can and cannot be achieved, in an effective and positive way.

Responsibilities':
 Acting as a technical liaison between the US Factory and Engineering teams, EMEA Sales and EMEA customers;Supporting business development initiatives by providing technical advice and maintaining an end-user perspective (e.g., requirements definition and solution specifications).Providing business unit technical support, including presentations directly to the customer and industry, including customer education and targeted product technical sales supportProviding business unit technical support to bids and proposals.Identifies and pursues follow-on/add-on work with current customer.Introduces existing products to current customers.Customer interface in a defined area. Maintains and enhances good customer relationships.Provides technical guidance to less experienced personnel.Ensuring that day to day business is conducted within the guidelines of established contracts, company policies and procedures
