Dynamics CRM Manager, London, £50,000

I'm currently working with one of London's most prestigious investment banking institutions who are looking for a talented CRM Manager to join their , and hit the ground running in this business critical role.

The core focus of this role will be to take ownership of the Dynamics CRM system, adoption, so strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

My client are looking for someone with the following skillset:

* Experience working with Dynamics CRM - including user support and user training, producing training content and leading one to one and group sessions.

* The ability to customise and configure Dynamics CRM as this role will be responsible for creating views, dashboards and custom workflows.

* Strong communication/ approachable manner and stakeholder management- working closely with stakeholders of all levels whilst scoping, gathering requirements, managing expectations and overall pushing user adoption.
