Lead Microsoft BI Architect & Developer

My client, are large Systems Integrator, is looking for a Lead Microsoft BI Architect and Developer to join the team and will contribute by architecting, design, creation, testing and documenting of from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards. The provision of application maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the applications or to service delivery functions.

As a Lead Microsoft BI Architect and Developer you will also be responsible for producing high quality solutions and documentation, through the use of a structured approach, for problems with a high complexity, whilst also making a significant contribution to and reviews project and quality plans for large-scale solutions

Specific skills needed are listed below

* A strong TSQL developer with recent practical experience in data warehouse design implemented with Kimball methodology using conformed dimensions.

* Extensive experience in development of ETL framework using SSIS to extract, transform and load the data into dimension and fact tables in a data warehouse.

* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database programing.

* Experience with BI Stack covering integration services, analysis services and reporting services.

Essential Skills Required (Expert level in the below)

* SQL Server 2012 or above

* Database programming

* ETL design

* Data Warehouse design

* MSSQL SSIS

* MSSQL SSAS (multidimensional and tabular)

* MSSQL SSRS

* T-SQL, MDX
