Head of IT Service Delivery - Liverpool - Up to £110K

The role:

Your role will see you work with the business to understand what is required from their IT / IS systems, help design and implement these changes to make sure the business aims are meet by providing a efficient and effective IT service which you will be accountable for. Your internal relationships will be with call all of IT staff, Directors, Finance and Risk teams, external relationships will see you work with suppliers, regulatory interaction as well as external forums.

Your leadership will be expected to lead the service delivery teams, define the IT strategy's and provide guidance on this plans covering infrastructure, software, networks, security and governance all of which will require you to present to the wider business users

Essential skills:

Demonstrate leadership skills at senior manager and above

5 year running IT service delivery functions

Managed and ran portfolios of work above £1M spend

Presented to CxO level

Demonstrate creative IT solution design.

Excellent negotiation skills

Desirable skills:

Worked at CIO level

Lead complex supplier sourcing reviews
