Cisco Support - SecurityOur highly respected client is looking for an experienced Cisco Support Analyst, with a focus on Cisco and physical security to join their team based in Canary Wharf, on a permanent basis. The Cisco Support Analyst will be responsible for Desktop, Server and Network Infrastructure support, as well as a wide range of IOT, mobile devices and gadgets. Our client have a large IT inventory, including Cisco, Microsoft, HP, Dell, Supermicro as well as bespoke security software such as CCTV and Access Control.IT Support - Cisco - Microsoft - Security - Network - Server - DesktopThe Cisco Support Analyst will be rewarded with a genuinely market leading salary, as well as an incredibly generous benefits/perks package!Cisco Support - Security - Key Skills:

•Strong desktop/server support skillset - preferably with non-generic software products•An understanding of network infrastructure and connectivity principles. Experience of Cisco networking hardware and Microsoft server architecture•A recognized Cisco and Microsoft qualification an advantage•A willingness to study and progress to learn various IT disciplines•A logical approach to problem solving and the ability to learn quickly•Flexible and willing to tackle a broad range of technology issues•Experience working with Security Technology (CCTV, Access Control etc.) devices an advantage•The ability to work outside normal business hours when necessary•Desktop support across multiple bespoke applications.•Hardware (server and workstation) build and installation.•Bespoke software deployment.•Administration of users, shares and data management.•Monitor server performance, security and functionality.•Identify network hardware and cabling requirements.•Troubleshoot network issues.•Cisco switch and firewall configuration, monitoring and maintenance
