Test Automation Engineer (UK Wide) - £40,000 - £100,000

Are you a Test Automation Engineer who enjoys C, C#, Java and Python? Wanting to work in a DevOps delivery environment? Want to work on the complete development lifecycle, from project initiation through to delivery? Then this is the ideal position for you.

A highly thought after digital and tech consultancy is looking for Automation Test Engineers to work directly with their well-known clients. You will collaborate with them x4 days per week and have the benefit of working from home for 1 day.

In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Software Developers to ensure the software solutions created are bug-free. You will be running tests on the software and then reporting your findings back to the Software Developers and Project Manager.

This is a great opportunity for any engineer who want to join a business which work on test runs and analyse what is discovered. You will also be responsible for embedding, running and maintaining the automated tests prescribed within the Automation Test Framework and work directly with the Technical Lead and other departments during testing.

This role would be suitable for the highest calibre individual who demonstrate experience in:

* Using appropriate tool set to conduct Functional & Non-Functional testing

* Testing Middleware and API's using tools like RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI, OR similar

* Knowledge of HP Quality Centre, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint or other similar tools

* Demonstrate experience testing Middleware and API's using tools like RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI, OR similar

* Proficient in databases like Oracle 10g/11g or SQL server

As a Test Automation Engineer you will work closely with clients and others within the company. This role is UK based and offers the opportunity for excellent career progression including flexible benefit packages that is tailored to suit you. The permanent role offers a salary from £40,000 - £100,000 depending on experience.
