One of the UK's leading business services organisations is currently looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (or experienced engineer level) to join their ever expanding Cloud and infrastructure team. The main duties of the successful Senior Infrastructure Engineer will include a variety of server, network and backup responsibilities and will focus mainly on the implementation of servers and application environments, working on project deliverables, often working with interim resource to do so, supporting server and service availability all the while ensuring support requests are resolved in line with SLAs and fully compliant.

Skills and experience required;

* Proven experience working in an Infrastructure Engineer role

* Proficient in Microsoft stack

* Experienced in supporting Windows Server infrastructures in a project focused environment

* Ability to design technical solutions including high-level and low-level design

* Experience or exposure to Cloud technologies is highly desirable

* Active Directory

* Experience of virtualization - VMWare/VSphere
