Our market leading client is looking for a senior Frontend UI Developer, with core skills in: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and AJAX, with a focus on the use of JQuery and similar libraries. Our client needs someone initially on a 6 month contract (with potential to extend long term) to join there successful, dynamic and highly experienced in house development team. Ideally you will have the ability to code to W3C standards and possess a strong understanding of accessibility standards and cross-browser challenges. As well as a good working knowledge of HTTP, caching, compression etcKey experience:- HTML5- CSS3- JavaScript- AJAX- JQuery- Designing and developing UIs for complex web applications and/or software- Improving and upgrading systems with dynamic, client-side functionality- Producing clean, maintainable code- Experience in following processes for UI including:- Competitor analysis, user analysis, wire framing, prototyping, usability testing and information architectureDue to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted. Proactive Appointments Limited operates as an employment agency and employment business and is an equal opportunities organisation
