Product Group PMO - (Software Vendor) - Chertsey;This is a key role within a market leading software vendor, working as part of the Product Group management team that requires a candidate with a proven track record as a PMO.
Key duties that you'll be responsible for:
Define and update metrics and KPIsDocument and improve Product Group processesProduct development - Programme planning and management reportingDevelopment, Test, Analysis and Documentation team HR administrationWorking closely with team management to ensure planning approach matches technical directionEnsure programme plan balances between product roadmap and project programme planMonitor product development plan against checkpoint milestonesIdentify delays or dependencies that may cause deviation to programme plan
Key skills required:
Proven track record as a PMOPrevious background working as part of a products software solutions housePrevious background managing large development project or programme plansExcellent understanding of Microsoft Project and MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)Knowledge and understanding of Waterfall (Prince2) and Agile (SCRUM) software
Desirable skills:
Expertise working within a software development departmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood man management and organisation skills
