normal;background:white'>The contractor, under the direction of the NCIA Leading Engineer, will assist in normal;background:white'>the configuration of the Core Servicesin the Deployable Capabilites (DCIS), Dragonfly and the services hosted in the Mission Anchor Function (MAF) andwill provide Level 3 support for the Core Services in the assigned DCIS. Tasks assigned

include but not limied to:Installation of new Baselines according to the Configuration and Control Board Decisions.Monitoring and Management of the Core Services on the Deployed AssetsAssure security hardening based on security settings and group policiesTroubleshooting and maintenance of the Core Services installed on the DelS Assets.Liaise with the Agency's Centralised Service Desk for incident, problem and change managementAny required system documentation will be included as partof the tasking provided to the Contractor's personnel,and shall be delivered to Nel Agency in electronic format.The contractor may need to travel in order to perform his duties. Although locations may vary, they includeBrunssum and The Hague in the Netherlands.

Skills knowledge experience:

normal;background:white'>1 . Three or more years of proved experience in the management of Core Services of a large Enterprise or Organization.normal;background:white'>2.Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Operating system product line administration, with focus on Windows 7 as client operating systemsnormal;background:white'>3. Managing ONS Domains and ONS Resolution on Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2012 R2 asnormal;background:white'>4. Deep knowledge of implementing and administering large Active Directory (AD) environments.normal;background:white'>5. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server Products such as: Windows Server 2012 R2, Hyper-V (Windows 2008 R2& Windows 2012 R2), Exchange Server 2010normal;background:white'>6. Good knowledge of creating and managing AD Group Policies.normal;background:white'>7.Experience of Windows Administration and relevant certifications; e.g. MCITP.normal;background:white'>8. Experience in troubleshooting client as and client software problems normal;background:white'>9.Experience in Application Provisioning technologiesnormal;background:white'>10. Good knowledge of managing and configuring the McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 5.1.3 and abovenormal;background:white'>11. Installation and administration of Vmware VSphere v5.5 and .above

12. Experience in Deployable CIS, core services level 3 supportOptional:* Managing Windows Software Update Services* Installation and management of Vmware VSphere products* Solid appreciation of server, storage and networking services* Working knowledge of the Microsoft Deployment Kit (MDT Kit)* In-depth knowledge on network protocols and network management technology.* Experience in Application Provisioning technologies* Experience in Application Virtualisation and Session VirtualisationGood familiê)rization with HP Blade Server Products and HP MSAs (SAN - Storage Area Network)
