Agile Coach/Agile Project Manager - Bristol - Contract

Start Date: January/February 2019

Day Rate: £350-£450 dependant on experience

Location: Bristol

Contract Duration: Initial 6 Months

Computer Futures are seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Agile Project Manager to join a medium sized organisation in Bristol for an initial 6 month contract assignment.

An Agile Coach/Agile PM is required to introduce and incorporate an improved way of working within the business across three specific core team functions; Development, Support & Test. With the core theme to increase productivity, efficiency and the time taken to get to product release.

As our Agile Coach/Agile PM, you will help to define and put into practice new processes, collaboration tools, communication techniques, and an evolving departmental culture. Whilst doing this you'll use a mixture of coaching, training, and judicious application of tools and methods.

The Key Skills required are:

* Senior Stakeholder engagement

* Workshop facilitation

* Incorporate Agile principles across the business

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work with individuals across all levels within the organisation

* Proven track record of managing small, medium & complex transition programmes

* Experience of establishing high performing Engineering squads that can safely release valuable software within Blue/Green deployments.

* Exposure of working within Engineering/Automation/Software Development company environments.

Certifications Required (Desirable):

* Agile Certified Practitioner

* Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner
