INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE MANAGER - LONDON - £500/£600 - 6 Months

The work location is in LONDON and is a 6 months contract.

Pay rate is between £500 - £600 per day.

The role is working for a well established, multi-national retailer and specialises in clothing, home and luxury product.

Role Objectives

As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be part of a highly regarded International team who proactively support each other to achieve our goals and customer satisfaction goals. You will use your expertise to decide market strategy, financial targets and have full P&L accountability. Key accountabilities

* Full P&L responsibility, including marketing, trading and operations

* Set marketing strategy and budgets to drive engagement, acquisition and retention

* Working cross functionally with key partners (including, but not limited to, logistics and contact centre) to drive efficiencies and cost improvements

* Creation of 3yr plans, operating budget and sales plans, including quarterly revisions

* Leading web merchandising improvements to optimise conversion (A/B testing and personalisation)

* Driving improvements in CSAT scores across markets

* Forecasting daily and weekly volumes for key operational teams

* Leading and developing a high-performing team, consisting of web merchandisers and digital marketing
