If you have a background in service design, are interested in working as part of a new agile digital team, and would like to work in Exeter with great access to countryside and coast then we’d like to hear from you.
We’re looking for people that can help us to create better digital services that meet the high expectations of our customers. The team will be working across the organisation to discover, design and develop exciting new digital services that can further enhance our existing reputation for digital innovation.

The role:
The Service Design Manager will be part of a team of digital specialists working closely with people across the organisation to create digital services The Service Design Manager’s work will be crucial to ensuring our customers can easily get things done using services that also meet business requirements
About you:
You’ll be confident working collaboratively with people to identify and respond to problems using your own tried-and-tested service design toolkit
You’ll be comfortable synthesising user research, data analytics and business analysis to lead the creation of service designs.
You’ll relish the challenge of establishing a new digital service design discipline and convincing others of the value of this a approach
You’ll have experience of working in an agile environment and designing digital services that reflect the Local Government Digital Service Standard
