Service Implementation Manager - Birmingham - 9 Month Contract
My client, a global consultancy are looking for 2 Service Implementation Managers to join them in Birmingham on a 9 month contract basis. The position can offer a competitive daily rate and will be based out of the client site in Birmingham.
Role Background:
* These roles are specifically to service one of the larger customers they work with in the service industry that provides millions of consumers with services every day.
* You will be responsible for managing a range of on shore and offshore teams in order to deliver a number of programmes of work into successful service.
Required Skills:
* Candidates should ideally come from a Service Management background, ideally with experience of large scale implementation projects.
* Candidates should ideally hold ITIL and Prince2 certifications.
* Any prior experience of Network technologies or Network Migration project work against challenging timelines would be beneficial.
* Candidates should also be eligible and willing to undergo a background check prior to going on site.
