Scrum Master

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scrum Master to join a global leading FinTech company. This innovative company focuses on paperless invoicing with blue-chip clients providing market leading software. The successful Scrum master will be a well experience Scrum Master (with relevant qualification) responsible for 4 teams and improve all agile processes.

The successful Scrum Master will have extensive experience with Kanban and working with multiple teams on projects that are independent to each team. The Scrum Master will have strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and JIRA or confluence. You will boast fantastic communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders of varied seniority.

Key skills required for the Scrum Master:

* Excellent Agile and Scrum process knowledge

* Previous experience as a Scrum Master

* The ability to plan and run consecutive sprints

* Extensive experience with Kanban

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* Experience working with multiple teams on independent projects.

* Strong experience with either JIRA or confluence

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits
