Our Client is renowned for its contributions to the financial sector and it's fresh approach to the banking . They are looking for a compute domain architect with public cloud experience to join the team in Edinburgh. This is the opportunity for an individual to leave their mark within an organisation and help change the face of banking.

The role will consist of:

Delivering the blueprint and communicating with a variety of technical domains to match with the architecture of the bank

Influencing executives and senior managers within the business around architectural decisions

Identifying trends to ensure quality solution designs on key cases and projects.

Driving changes which support making the CIO more efficient and enhancing customer service interaction.

Skill requirements and experience

Experience within public cloud platforms e.g AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Within AWS a solutions architect certification would be highly desired.

Exposure to common operating systems such as Windows and Linux

Experience with data centre infrastructure and networking

Exposure to project management, influencing and communicating with senior business and IT leaders
