Are you a Project Manager, Programme Manager, Project Director or Programme Director, who has between 10 years and 20 years (not more or less than this metric) experience of managing complex projects?

If so, Computer Futures are working with a rapidly expanding business, paying a base salary up to £100,000.

The company has secured a very lucrative deal covering the next four years and requires a Project Manager, Programme Manager, Project Director or Programme Director to help orchestrate multiple projects within international countries. An appreciation towards different cultures or ways of working, will be highly desirable.

Projects you'll be associated to, could be the installation of a communication system such as a police radio communications systems, with towers, antennas, networking, dispatch centres etc., or the management of a complex product development including supply chain bits too? Candidates will struggle to attain an interview if they are inexperienced within these areas.

We expect you to be have the following primary characteristics:

1 Common sense - able to fill in the gaps.

2 Highly organised and structured - able create and maintain multiple project plans.

3 Great Communication Skills - able to communicate effectively, persuasively and clearly to team members, local partners and customers.

4 Career Ambition - want to grow from where they are as a senior PM today, into a senior management role through having grown their team.

Candidates currently working within SME businesses (50-250 employees) may take to this business easier than people working for large corporate organisations, as the business is still of smaller size and you may experience a culture shock…
