Currently in search of an experienced ERP/Accounting Software support consultant to join a fast-growing software vendor in Hertfordshire!
My client is a well-established software vendor who owe masses of their success to their precise timing in stepping in and completely dominating a niche market. With a lot of focus on common industry sectors, my client established a need within an overlooked industry and have since dominated in the production and implementation of their bespoke software. Having earned countless awards for being the number one choice, my client have met a vital point of expansion and are now in search of an experienced support consultant to sit on the front line of their operations.
The successful candidate can look to get involved in the mix from day one. After a period of training dependent on your ERP background, you will be tasked as the first port of call for the client base my client has worked hard to establish. No day will be the same, no call will be the same. My client are firm believers of making their employees the best they can be by getting them involved in different areas of the business, identifying their strengths and playing to them as well as looking to progress professionals as fast as possible.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience in supporting an ERP or accounting package e.g. SAP B1, Sage 200, Netsuite, Epicor, Infor etc.
- Experience in carrying out 1st and 2nd line support in a timely and professional manner
- Any formal finance qualifications i.e. AAT or experience in a finance focused role will be extremely beneficial to your application
- Experience with SQL to write queries and reports would be a plus
- Strong communication skills
My client are in position to offer a salary up to £32,000 per annum as well as additional benefits to include a bonus, pension and healthcare.
