Principal Power Transmission Network Analyst

Enigma People Solutions is urgently recruiting a Principal Power Transmission Network Analyst for an outstanding organisation that has the ambition to change the world.

Developing proven and new technology our client is building a new team in Edinburgh that will optimise and commercialise an innovation set to change existing electricity grid architecture.

Reporting to the VP Innovation UK you will have lead responsibility for control systems design aligned with our product road map.

Skills:

HV, MV, LV power transmission network analysis & operational experience including fault handling, contingency, allocation optimisation within an organisation such as National Grid or similar.

A working knowledge of FACTS devices, renewable energy and HVDC would also be useful.

The key to this role is not only the network analysis capability but also, and probably more importantly, the operational experience brought into FGL.
