They are looking for a Development Project Manager to help them through this busy period there is two offices that they are looking for help in, you need to have experience in the housing sector.

Job Title: Development Project Manager

* Location: Manchester

* Duration: 12 Months

* Day Rate: £330-350

* Start Date: ASAP

The successful candidate will need to have the following experience below;

* Prince 2 Qualification

* Technical Ability to read drawings etc

* Managing the Contractors

* Best interest of the business

* 42 million pound project on apartment block.
