Over the next 5 years we are transforming the processes and technologies that sit at the heart of our business.

And for this reason, we’re looking for a developer to join our growing data and development team. We’re responsible for many transactional, data processing and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions which serve the needs of teams across our business. These systems are crucial for the ongoing success and expansion of our operations across Europe.

Whilst most of your time will be spent developing in .NET or SQL, you will also get to use other Microsoft development tools such as SSIS and PowerShell. You’ll provide creative solutions to a wide range of data-driven requirements and work closely with our IT Projects and IT Service Delivery teams, and have the responsibility for helping shape and deliver projects and enhancement related change.

As we grow, we’re using both internal and external development to add to the list of solutions, which means you’ll get to work with existing systems and help integrate new ones - lots of which are in the cloud.

You'll have:

-hands on experience using C# or other .NET languages

-experience working with SQL Server

-clear communication to be able to build great relationship with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll have to deliver complex messages in a simple way.

-the ability to find simple solutions to complex problems and great attention to detail.

-experience in creating integration solutions for both cloud and on-premise systems

-experience of troubleshooting and reverse engineering solutions

And any of the following would be the cherry on top:

-hands on integration development experience using SSIS and ideally PowerShell

-agile development practices and tools experience

-understanding of Master Data Management challenges / tools
