Business Change Manager - SAP Implementation BirminghamBusiness Change Manager is required to support a large SAP implementation programme.Key Skills '€¢Overseeing and supporting the work stream leads in leading the change requirement.'€¢SAP Hana knowledge including - IBP, MM, SD, FICO,EWM. '€¢Driving the communications and views internally'€¢Support new/existing clients to execute the initial and ongoing IT transformation from the existing operating model.'€¢Work with the programme leads to ensure change management activities are integrated into the overall project plans and approach.'€¢Establish and anchor the change project to facilitate a transition to the target state, identifying structure roles and responsibilities, assessing and classify impacts of the change on stakeholders and stakeholder groups, defining the appropriate change initiatives to manage the impacts of the change.'€¢Identifying and preparing risk mitigation tactics'€¢Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change'€¢Consulting and coaching project teams'€¢Supporting all communication and training deliverables'€¢Engaging supporting and coaching the Senior Management team'€¢Facilitate with HR work stream organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities'€¢Integrate change management activity into all I+G project plans Evaluate and ensure user readiness, track & report issues and manage stakeholders To monitor and shape the effectiveness of the change management process and make recommendations for improvement ready to adopt the coming changes within the programme.
