The Integrations Consultant works as part of a team of 5, supporting the onboarding on new EPOS partners referral programme.
The integrations consultant is responsible for helping the customer step by step through the integration process of their Connect product with their tech. On average it takes around 10 days as it is an open API, and the integrations consultant will also provide technical support throughout the process.
What you will do...
Collaborate with the Connect partnerships team to introduce partners to the Connect API and integration process
Provide support to software partners during development of integration
Complete QA testing of partner integrations to ensure readiness for live site deployment
Troubleshoot issues with integrations in both live and test environments
Remote and onsite training of partners
What you will bring...
Experience in providing customer and/or partner technical support
Software development expertise - you dont need to be a developer, but an understanding of development and ability to support integration to an API is necessary
Deeply ingrained focus on providing excellent customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills both on the phone and face to face
Ability and willingness to take ownership of troubleshooting and solving product and integration issues
Knowledge of (or ability to learn) REST and Websocket APIs
