Rate: Negotiable

My London based client is looking for a Data Expert (Deputy Director level) to join them for a period of 6 months to help tackle issues and challenges that have been identified around their data, MI and strategic workforce planning.

The role requires a Data Expert (Deputy Director level) who can provide advise and steer the project, with the following experience;

* Operational experience of managing data flows, especially enterprise level multi-source flows

* Knowledge of HR concepts, constructs, data categories and their relationships including lifecycle, reference data, and payroll data, including data preparation for MI and BI systems and use in strategic workforce planning

* Design and implementation of data policies

* Sound knowledge of implementing GDPR and data privacy compliance on data flows

* Proven track-record in the information architecture space and the establishing of standard practices and governance

* Experience of identifying appropriate data security models.
