Requirements:

           C# .NET and/or C++

           Communications Protocol Development Experience

           (Sockets, Serial, I2C, SPI)

           HTML / Javascript / JQuery

           Windows Platform Builder / Windows Compact Embedded

Key Skills:

           Skill in Embedded Software development in C# .NET and/or C/C++

           Good knowledge of Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP and modern web protocols

           Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

           Experience using the Visual Studio Development Environment.

           Experience working in a Linux environment

           Exposure of Embedded Linux: Bootloader, Kernel, driver development, driver porting etc.

           Experience with Node.js and front end frameworks e.g. React

           Hands on experience of Yocto/OpenEmbedded

           Commercial awareness of Linux Storage / OpenSource Storage Environment

           ARM based Linux systems (Freescale/NXP i.MX processor family)

           Experience creating and integrating software APIs

           Windows/ Cisco - IT/ Networking

           Basic understanding of electrical circuits and embedded hardware

           .NET Core

An ability to work individually or as part of a team is needed, a quick learner, along with good communication skills as the successful applicant will need to work and liaise with other departments within the company.
