Rate: £100-£130/Day

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Officer with strong 1st Line experience to join this hugely well known, global charity based in Moorgate, London. The IT Support Officer will work internally to ensure the smooth operation of all digital channels
As the IT Support Officer you must be analytically minded and have experience using some kind of CMS platform.
As the IT Support Officer you will need the following:
* Strong experience working in 1st Line Support
* Knowledge of CMS systems, preferably Sitecore
* An understanding of Digital Channels
* Ability to work well with senior management to solve issues effectively
