DV Network Migration Lead Architect (Juniper, Cisco, Encryption) - Basingstoke - 6 months

DV Network Migration Lead Architect (Juniper, Cisco, Encryption) required to join a multinational technology client based in Basingstoke with regional travel. You will be working in a highly secure environment on a 6-month contract.

The role:

You will be a Lead Architect within the migration team, leading Network Migration streams and visiting customer "live" sites as part of the migration process.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading migration streams and investigating network site specifics and visit customer 'live' sites as part of a migration process.

* Network planning, installation (including method statements and configuration.

* Generating both web and paper based support documentation and service handover documentation.

* Ensuring that all records of progress, technical enquiries and customer fault reports are accurate and fully updated.

* Supporting workarounds, solutions and mitigations for identified issues

Required Skills:

* Experience of managing a focused migration team.

* A solid understanding of a network tech stack (Juniper, Cisco)

* Extensive hands-on experience of Encryption devices (TRL L3).

* Hands-on documentation needs for as-is and to-be architecture/configurations in low-level designs (LLD).

* Confident Leadership Skills.

* Familiar with MS Office Applications.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Suitable candidates should ideally hold active DV Clearance or be willing and eligible to undergo further DV clearance checks.
