Digital Project Manager / Scrum Master (Creative Team)

We are actively looking to secure an experienced Digital Project Manager / Scrum Master to join Experis.

Purpose of Role:

Our client are seeking a Digital Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong experience managing creative teams consisting of UX, Visual Designers and Copywriters. With the ability to understand the creative process at a high level and support the creative team effectively.

The Digital Project Manager / Scrum Master will manage and plan the workflow throughout the project for the design team, responsible for ensuring that tasks are completed to time and therefore budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivers projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality

* Leads and directs the work of others.

* Help manage issues and dependencies for the team. Act as an impartial person to identify and manage problems in the team / process

* Facilitate, support and run daily stand up meetings, planning games, showcases, and retrospectives with Studio team (Visual Design, UX Design and Copy team)

* Maintain visibility of the right up-to-date information and track agreed metrics on a regular basis including burn downs, and release plans

* Work with Product Owner to ensure requirements are ready on time

* Developed communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence client and stakeholder relationships.

* Ability to use recognised project management methods and processes, depending on risk profile and governance needs.

Essential Skills:

* 5 years + experience on Digital Projects or working with Digital Teams.

* Ability to lead/facilitate the team through high profile incidents

* Facilitation, participatory decision-making and conflict resolution.

* Proven ability to apply relationship management skills and the ability to build client and stakeholder relationships at senior level.

* Mentoring skills demonstrating agile values and principles.

Qualifications:

* Project Management Accreditation i.e. Prince2, APMP, ITIL qualification, Risk Management Qualification or 6 Sigma.

* Agile Certification i.e. PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Professional) Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master) Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Professional)
