BI Programme Manager - TransformationOur client who are a leading organisation are currently looking for an experienced BI Programme Manager to join their team to help guide them during an important Global Transformation programme. Data is at the heart of what the business is trying to achieve and how their industry is moving, therefore it is key that this is available and accesible in order to drive information for the business to make key decisions. One of the key transformation will be the replacement of a current system and the implementation of a new core system which will be based on SAP.Role Responsibilities:
'€¢Delivery of Global BI & Data change programme on time and within budget, managing the overall plan to completion while mitigating risks and issues.'€¢Support the wider adoption of the structured agile-lean mindset across the global BI & Data programme across project teams and business stakeholders.'€¢Act as the focal point for global demand management of key projects and facilitate the prioritisation of demand and resource capacity management through structured, value-led, governance.'€¢Work with the programme/ project sponsors to identify the business benefits of the change and that they are agreed, tracked and reported throughout the lifecycle of the programme - including post implementation reviews and benefits realisation. '€¢Assisting in the application of a structured business change management approach and for the Global BI & Data programme and key projects.'€¢Design, develop and execute the engagement and communication approach for all aspects of the Global BI & Data programme and other key global BI & Data projects with key stakeholders at all levels throughout the lifecycle of the programme.'€¢Ensure projects adhere to governance and process standards ensuring appropriate audit trails.'€¢This role will require regular European Travel as well as potential travel to other parts of the world
Skills/experience required:

'€¢End to End experience of managing programmes throughout the entire lifecycle'€¢Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers to deliver business systems and processes'€¢High degree of business, personal and commercial skill required to lead and coordinate the delivery of the business projects.'€¢Robust approach to manage potentially conflicting and competing resources to achieve simplification, standardization and alignment in a multi-brand environment'€¢Extensive experience of managing people/ proven line management skills'€¢Proven experience working with senior management in organisations'€¢Hands-on and strong delivery approach with the personal drive to achieve practical results in integrating and embedding change'€¢Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle and a sufficient level of IT understanding to deliver system change'€¢Numerate and analytical with the ability to facilitate project planning and visioning sessions.'€¢Experience of managing a range of small and large projects in parallel.
