*SharePoint and Office 365 Lead - £65,000 - Unlimited Holidays*

My client is a leading digital agency based in the heart of London and they are looking for a creative SharePoint and Office 365 Lead to head up their team. They are looking for people from either a highly technical background with a great understanding of designing the architecture behind SharePoint solutions OR someone from a very functional background who understands SharePoint and Office 365 from that point of view and is comfortable with being very involved in pre-sales.

Chiefly important is someone who has flair and can think creatively. This is especially important given you are expected to be able to lead your team and also think in unique ways. They are looking to expand the business over the next few years and want YOU to be a part of that.

My client is also looking for someone who has extreme ambition to do well and are looking for a candidate who would be interested in stepping into a practice lead role in the future. There is a clear pathway for further progression in this opportunity and my client wants someone who has the desire to step up to the necessary challenges and become this essential high ranking member of the business.

Required

- Highly technical or functional background

- Significant SharePoint Online and on-premise experience

- Understanding or broader Office 365 issues

- Experience with solution architecture

- Experience with pre-sales

- Skilled problem solver and creative thinker

- Ambition

- Excellent communication skills

Desired

- Experience leading a team (you will have 2 PM's and 4 Developers directly under you)

- Experience working in a digital agency

- Experience at a consultancy
