FTSE 250 Global Organisation - HR Co-ordinator - Competitive salary - 12 Month Fixed term Contract

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate HR and Resourcing activities to support the HR Business Partner.

The role will also support the wider HR team where required in their day to day activities to ensure that requirements of all stakeholders are satisfied.

Key accountabilities

* Work within established Company policies and procedures

* Protect the information assets of the Company and comply with the Company's Information Assurance policies and procedures at all times

* Promote company values and standards and exhibit appropriate behaviour in accordance with Company ethos

* Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation

* Demonstrate safety, integrity & commitment at all times.

* Provide recruitment co-ordination services to the team, for both permanent and contingent positions.

* Advise on any talent agenda, succession plans and talent development

* Assist external recruiters in the administration of posting roles, managing applicants, and making interview arrangements.

* Provide a high quality co-ordination service for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, and act as a point of contact.

* Co-ordinate all employee lifecycle arrangements, including assisting in the on boarding of new starters, leavers, movers and other changes, to ensure that all processes operate in line with company policies.

* Carry out Return to work interviews, absence reviews, and act as a liaison for security passes, and take notes at HR meetings.

* Assist in the creation and delivery of management reports for HR and Resource teams as per requirements.

* Assist in planning and delivering recruiting events if and when required. Support HR projects.

* Carry out any other ad hoc tasks or projects that may arise within the wider team.

Skills/Knowledge:

* High proficiency with MS office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

* Proven experience of co-ordinating HR and Recruiting processes

* Ability to prioritise work load and deliver to set deadlines

* Excellent planning and organisational skills

* Structured approach to work

* Excellent written and numeracy skills

* Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

* Knowledge of HR and recruiting practices and their application.

* SAP system knowledge

* Experience of working within and engineering background

* Experience of in house recruitment within a HR department

* Basic HR experience

* Experience of working within a HR Business Partnering model

* Experience of working as part of a team to deliver against deadlines.

* Full airside pass or the ability to obtain one

* Degree Level or equivalent qualified

* Proven experience of recruitment of contingent workers
