Dimensions

* Leading the Enterprise Recovery (ER) Landscape Workstream in a larger global ER programme;

* The Enterprise Recovery Program will touch on a high number of applications and services with initial focus on business-critical applications and services;

* Manage various IT stakeholders at enterprise level that cover portfolio, architecture, program delivery, service management and operations management;

* Collaborating with various suppliers to manage dependencies & get integration delivered with critical Enterprise Infrastructure services that are critical enablers for ER solution delivery;

* Project Manage plan, control and execute a project or set of related projects to meet identified business needs and deliver business value, through acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality;

* Typical Experience: 8+ years in IT with 5+ years of IT Project Management experience;

* Typical Project Size: 10-20+ FTE;

* This position will lead medium-to-large projects of moderate-to-high complexity and risk and has the following accountabilities:

* Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all aspects of the project lifecycle;

* Rigorously manage scope through a structured change management process to ensure commitments; are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters with focus on delivering the business benefits;

* Create and validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and expenditures;

* Proactively analyze risks and variances against plan to assess trends threatening agreed scope, time, cost, and quality commitments. Identify signs that a project may be at risk and escalate quickly and appropriately;

* Ensure appropriate stakeholder change and communication plans and engagements are developed and executed;

* Partner with business IT stakeholders to define success metrics and criteria and to identify, measure, and track planned vs. achieved benefits;

* Apply the project management of the organization and IT control/assurance methodologies, standards and processes including architecture, information risk management, and transition to support;

* Create a motivated high-performing team through team building, information sharing, workload management, and appropriate recognition. Develop the skills of team members through coaching and delegation;

* Establish and maintain appropriate and effective Governance structures and procedures to obtain resources, drive decisions, resolve issues, and deliver project objectives.

The Enterprise Recovery program is a key initiative on the IT delivery agenda of the organization as a response to the changing threat landscape.

* Leading virtual, distributed and diverse (project) teams in a global organization;

* Engage with multiple major suppliers of enterprise infrastructure services;

* Tailor stakeholder communications material and level of detail to the audience;

* Remain focused and productive under pressure and recover quickly from setbacks;

* Balance execution efficiency with risk mitigation, value delivery, cost, and quality;

* Understand and apply the terminology, metrics, and calculations relevant to business-specific measures and KPIs, such as return on investment (ROI), stakeholder value, benefits realization and capability improvement;

* Able to manage several smaller projects and dependencies with other projects at once.

Skills & Requirements

* A 4-year degree in IT or a related field;

* Agile project experience;

* Professional certifications related to agile way of working (e.g. CSM, PSM);

* Professional certifications related to project management (e.g. PMP (preferred) or Prince 2 Practitioner);

* Demonstrated learning agility in ambiguous and unfamiliar situations;

* Familiar with and able to adhere to project management methodologies and tools;

* Strong communication and presentation skills;

* Familiarity with IRM and/or Service Continuity management is preferred;

* Familiarity with Enterprise Infrastructure Services that are critical enablers for Enterprise Recovery like Networking, Identity & Access, digital platforms and Cloud based service delivery is preferred;

* Oil & Gas experience higly preffered.
