Leading global provider of Cloud based telephony services is seeking a Scrum Master to join their passionate and innovative team. You will be taking on the Scrum Master responsibilities for a number of development teams, motivating and encouraging them to deliver what is needed at the right times. Working in a Scrum-ban / Kanban environment, you will be an advocate of following best practises at all times across all teams, championing Agile techniques. Other responsibilities will include; building strong relationships with Product Owners, facilitating stand-ups, retrospectives and story planning and seeking out continuous improvements.

Based in Basingstoke, with parking available, you will be working in large offices with various breakout areas and enjoy an excellent work life balance (some flexible working opportunities).You will be provided with plenty of opportunities to extend your learning to help you reach the next stage in your career.

Requirements:

*Breadth of experience as a Scrum Master

*Evidence of having improved various processes / systems within a company

*Scrum-ban / Kanban experience

*Advocate of Agile methodologies

*Excellent communication and leadership skills

*Likely to read blogs and attend conferences in your own time
