A global leading e-commerce company is looking to hire an Agile Coach in its Barcelona and Madrid offices to join its growing development team.

You will have the chance to work on a variety of e-commerce brands and a range of app projects that have a global audience.

The Role:

- Provide Agile Leadership coaching & training to Product Owners, Dev Team members & stakeholders

- Guide executives, leaders, business units, and technology teams in implementing Agile principles & values, helping them to build, grow, & maintain a thriving agile organization at scale

- Design and support the deployment of the organization's development approach

- Coach and support individual teams in all aspects of Scrum & Kanban

- Deliver the latest innovative ideas from the Lean & Agile community to increase agility, leveraging LEAN, KANBAN, and other agile thinking

- Create, build, & deliver customized Agile training

Key Skills:

- 3+ years of large-scale Agile coaching experience with KANBAN

- Deep knowledge of Agile principles & practices & the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization

- Consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption & improvement of Agile methodologies

- Excellent presentation & training skills

- English language proficiency
