Our client is currently searching for a Senior Photolithography Process Engineer to be responsible for maintaining, developing and delivering process solutions for new process development. The role will involve the day to day process development within the fab as well as interfacing with design teams.

Required experience for the Senior Process Engineer will be as follows,

- Semiconductor photolithography process development experience

- III-V device knowledge beneficial

- Excellent communication skills

- Engineering Degree in Electronic Engineering / Physics or equivalent
