My client is looking for a trainer who will be responsible for training delivery of their technology tools, including their Trading and Portfolio Management Systems as well as the Raymond James Portal, CGix and Pershing's nexus plus other core applications.Main Duties:
- Subject Matter Expertise on all core systems in oder to deliver first class training to Wealth Managers (WM's) and their teams.
- Successful resolve in-box and telephone queries from WM's on their core systems co-ordinating with other departments as needed.
- Deliver systems configuration sessions via Web Ex.
- Deliver and present assigned System Training sessions (both for new offices and the monthly scheduled Training Days), in conjunction with the other training professionals on the team.
- Deliver follows up onsite training for WM's, focusing on systems but also giving refresher training and guidance on operational precedures where applicable.
- Conduct workflow analyses to help WM's maximise system efficiencies.
- Proactively communicate the available Management Information WM's with their ongoing learning.
- Participate in enhancement related projects, so that the appropriate training can be delivered to WM's.
- Participate in WM Testing activity for software upgrades and enhancements as directed.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by supporting Business Development efforts, by delivering complex system demonstration and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Demonstrate service 1st attitude and approach at all times.
- Investigate and create workflows and processes to save the WM time
- Other duties as assigned by the business.

Preferred:
- Knowledge in the WM space of a similar industry
- IOC qualified or making progress towards it or a similar qualification
- Ability to present to small or large working groups, using training methods to increase retention of information presented.
- Training on portfolio management and trading systems knowledge
- Advent and/or Pershing systems knowledge
- University graduate or relevant industry specific qualifactions
