Essential skills and experiences:

* Good understanding of C# .Net, Asp and .Net Framework

* Has been exposed to SQL Server and XML

Nice to have but not essential:

* Has worked with Java / JSON

* Some experience with Azure

* Comfortable in both front and back end development
