Graduate Infrastructure / Telecoms Support Engineer

£20,000 - £25,000 + 33 days Holiday + Pension + Excellent Training

This would suit someone with a qualification or degree involving IT/Telecoms, looking for excellent training in a supportive environment within an ambitious company!

The Role:

- Provide support via remote access or phone on complex telecoms systems once trained

- Learn form a small team of experts on the job

- Learn and become expert in Networking, VoIP, Linux, as well as SIP, SS7, ISUP, SCCP and SMS

- Opportunity to learn scripting and programming languages once fully trained

The Person:

- Qualification or degree in IT or Telecoms related subject

- Basic understanding of networking, VoIP and Linux

- Looking for lots of training in a small highly skilled team
