Product Manager- E-commerce - £40,000

We are looking for a Product Manager to join one of the UK's most successful e-commerce businesses. You will be working on market leading mobile and web Products, influencing innovative changes and creating strategies for continuous product improvements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager with 1-2 years' experience to join a large business where the products you work on are used by thousands of users daily.

Responsibilities of the Product Manager Role:

* Understand how customer experience can be improved on mobile and web Products and provide strategic guidance in the creation of new features.

* Match stakeholder and business demand with customer behaviour and research in order to create solutions that will have a high impact.

* Work collaboratively with the testing and technical Product Owner teams to bring new features to market.

* Prioritise features effectively.

* Ensure that the features released have the desired improvements on the customer journey and continuously investigate ways this could be optimised further.

* Provide a hub of business expertise, making sure that product ideas are commercially viable.

Experience and Skill set required for the Product Manager Role:

* 1-2 years' experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the e-commerce space but with demonstrable experience of product improvement.

* Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Able to effectively influence senior decision makers.

* Understands the demands of a Product role and can work effectively with multiple teams across the business.

* Understands tools for prioritisation and backlog management.

* Appreciation for UX when visiting e-commerce shopping apps.

* Strong data analytics skills. Can use data effectively to assist with decision making.

The Product Manager Role is based in Hertfordshire near Hatfield.

The product manager role will pay in the region of £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience.
