My client based in South West London are looking for an Infrastructure and Networks Consultants on an initial 2 month contract.

You will be working in a busy team of which you will be providing support and consultancy for the organisations infrastructure

You will

*Provide customers with a disciplined Technical Infrastructure that meets their requirements and enables colleagues to effectively deliver Excellent Services.

*Provide customers with a secure and managed telephony solution for landline, mobile, direct link and Internet Connectivity.

*Respond to all customer issues, change requests and upgrades including, but not restricted to, face to face, telephone, email, web and postal enquiries

*Maintain the ICT Infrastructure to the latest security and Operating system updates as soon after release as practically possible.

*Ensure compliance with policies, processes, performance targets and service standards

*Contract Management for all ICT Suppliers.

*Provide high quality technical advice to all Customers on selection, planning and deployment of new technologies

*Achieve agreed personal, team and corporate objectives including providing support for fellow team members and other colleagues.

MCSE, VDP, CCNA and ITIL certified, you must have

*Good knowledge of :

oInfrastructure Management Server, Storage and Security Protocols

oDesktop and Agile Working Technology

oVirtualisation, Cloud Computing and Legacy Hardware and Operating systems such as SQL, Oracle and Virtulisation

oTelephony and Mobile Technologies Management

oContract Management Skills

oData Management & Archiving

oNetwork and Communications Monitoring & Fault Diagnosis

oICT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

*Proven ability to ensure ICT security and ongoing infrastructure protection requirements are met and maintained
