Global insurance company currently seeks an Application Support Analyst / IT Operations Analyst to provide support within a core application environment including SQL Server, BizTalk and Sharepoint utilising Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) for the integration of data between applications.

You will play a key role in the deployment of application upgrades (BizTalk, Sharepoint), perform maintenance tasks for supported applications including access control, assist with support of application integration including data movement between systems utilising ESB. As such, this will involve the execution of SQL queries as required for deployments or incident resolution. Finally, you will liaise with product vendors, development and other IT teams to resolve issues

We are searching for an Application Support Analyst / IT Operations Analyst / Application Support Engineer / Database Administrator / SQL Server DBA who has gained experience working in an Application Support capacity responsible for Database and Data Integration services and both Code and Application Deployments (greenfield and upgrades) into production. You will be well versed in understanding data integration principles, e.g. Enterprise Service Bus and ideally experience with BizTalk or Sharepoint applications or other application within a .net application environment.
