A fast growing and successful company based in London is seeking a UI / UX Front End Developer (React, JavaScript) to join its rapidly expanding team as part of this company’s growth plans from super start-up to an industry leader. This is a great opportunity to work in FinTech with Blockchain technology, to learn new technologies/development languages and to work with the best in the business.If you can bring your previous experience in React and JavaScript, this great opportunity will enable you to be the organisation’s UI / UX expert working alongside a highly skilled technical team and with some of the latest technology, concepts and methodologies. You will work closely with full stack developers and the DevOps teams delivering front end / UI / UX on a range of projects using React and JavaScript along with other languages. You will also gain exposure to middle-tier business logic and persistence (DB and infrastructure components) giving you the opportunity to build on your skill set while delivering new User Interface/User Experience capability into a platform underpinned by Blockchain technology.
To be a great fit for this exciting User Interface/User Developer opportunity you will be able to bring:
UI/UX experience
Flexibility but with a core front end skillset in enterprise React and JavaScript,
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to multiple languages and technologies.
Some experience in an Agile / XP mode (and associated tools).
Experience with CI / Automation
A Computer Science or Engineering graduate.
Any knowledge of the following would be a real advantage, alternatively a real enthusiasm for learning new skills and concepts:
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
Understanding of Distributed Ledger (esp Ethereum)
Understanding of Distributed computing concepts.
Java - Spring-boot
In return, the UI / UX Front End Developer will receive a salary of up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience plus a flex benefits package, pension, bonus scheme, 25 days holiday and a great working environment.
