Contract Resource Coordinator - 3 Month Contract - Boscombe Down, Wiltshire
My client is looking for a Contract Resource Coordinator for an initial 3 month contract based in Salisbury. The role will be full time on site and the client can offer a competitive hourly rate.
The role is working in a global defence and technology leader, innovating in research and development to shape the future of society at large. Working in a company always innovating and thinking ahead.
Required Experience:
* Understanding or experience in a resourcing role
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
* Systems knowledge and proven capability - in particular; Excel, SAP and Outlook
* Accuracy, efficiency and pro activeness
* Work as part of team with the ability to work independently
Challenges:
* Challenging more senior stakeholders over authorisation
* Pushing back on requests where authorisation decisions count against them
Personal and Behavioural requirements:
* Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
Essential/Desirable qualifications:
* Proficient in Excel
* HR Experience desirable
* Strong administration skills
