Linux Systems Administrator (RHEL CentOS IaC). Would you like to join a technology driven Hedge Fund and use the latest technologies whilst working with a hugely talented team of engineers?

As a Linux Systems Administrator you will join the team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Linux technical infrastructure, Big Data technologies, market data technical and entitlement. You'll monitor the health of the infrastructure; investigate production issues and resolve them; manage server and user provisioning; OS patching; application packaging and upgrades and be the first point of contact for user requests. You'll collaborate closely with other Linux Engineers, discussing pain points, recurring issues and opportunities for streamlining and automation, going beyond short term fixes and identifying long term solutions. As well as BAU activities you'll also gain exposure to wider infrastructure projects.

You'll be based in Central London within a friendly and sociable atmosphere with casual dress code and a good work / life balance.

Requirements:

*Strong Linux Systems Administrator experience - RedHat / CentOS

*Server network configuration and troubleshooting, including bonding, static routes

*Experience looking after critical production systems

*Scripting (e.g. bash, Python, Perl)

*Familiar with configuration management application (such as Puppet or Chef)

*Exposure to orchestration and automation tools (such as Ansible and Rundeck)

*Enterprise monitoring applications (e.g. ITRS Geneos)

*Excellent communication skills
