A Global leader in the security sector are looking to add an IT Systems Engineer to their team on a permanent basis based at their Manchester site.

The main purpose of the role is to provide 2nd/3rd Line Support to the company's business critical IT systems

Key responsibilities;

* To ensure all IT systems function within the parameters of SLA's

* To maintain and monitor server infrastructure and test environments

* Diagnosis and resolution of all system faults

* Troubleshoot bespoke applications

Required experience;

* Commercial experience working on 3rd line support

* Supporting a user base of over 100

* Experience working with Citrix XenApp
