A global organisation is looking for an Italian speaking SAP Trainer to who has specific experience of developing and delivering SAP training materials/events for either Retail or SD/MM.This role is based in Milan and you will be providing specialist and expert support to develop and deliver education and training materials for programmes. This will include both classroom and computer-based materials.
As an SAP Trainer, your daily duties will include:
Supporting the delivery of training and learning events when required.
Classroom-based training.
Conducting virtual training events.
Drop in sessions.
Supporting implementations pre and post deployment.
To be a successful SAP Trainer, you will have the following skills and experiences:
Fluent in Italian language skills.
Previous SAP training experience in Retail or SD/MM.
Experience in either technical training or in a Learning and Development environment.
Knowledge of what it is it to start, implement and participate in a large business change programme.
Experience in instructional design.
Advanced training delivery ability using innovative and enquiry-based learning techniques.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
Experience in supporting the development and delivery of change communications, using a wide range of media.
Solid understanding of training and development processes.
In return, a Trainer will receive a salary of £800 per day.
