Project Manager

I am working with a large sub-contractor who is looking for a Project Manager with extensive groundworks experience to join their team in Banbury.

The ideal Project Manager will have experience working for sub-contractors and have previously delivered projects with a value circa £10million.

My client's main project is working on a retail development so experience in this sector would be ideal however groundworks / civils experience is essential.

The Project Manager will be solely responsible for the project, managing a team of 4/5 people, so they are looking for someone decisive, commercially astute and client facing.

Project Manager Requirements

-Groundworks experience (Essential)

-Retail experience (Ideal but not essential)

-Sub-contractor experience (Essential)

-Comfortable being self-sufficient and taking on large responsibilities

-Ideally you will live in a location that is commutable Banbury

Project Manager Remuneration

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Location: Banbury

Other Benefits: Company Car/ Car Allowance available, 28 days holiday
