Salesforce Project ManagerOur client, a global leader within their field who have experienced genuine growth in recent years, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join their team based near Gerrard's Cross, on a permanent basis. The Salesforce Project Manager will work closely with each business division in multiple geographies to manage a project to migrate from multiple Salesforce orgs into a single instance.The Salesforce Project Manager will be a strong leader that can professionally manage expectations of executive management in a cost and time pressured environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiating, influencing and presentation skills along with a high level of written and verbal communication skills are key.This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role.Salesforce Project Manager - Key Skills:

'€¢5yrs+ experience in similar role'€¢Demonstrable understanding of project lifecycle'€¢Strong team management skills'€¢Structured problem solving and analytics skills'€¢Ability to manage by influence'€¢Ability to define requirements and processes'€¢Budget management and reporting'€¢Excellent communicator both verbal and written'€¢Challenge where necessary and drive forward change in tight timescales'€¢Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form, and to work with minimum supervision'€¢Confidence in own ability/knowledge and able to bring the stakeholders/project team together

Salesforce Project Manager - Responsibilities:

'€¢Manage our global Salesforce project'€¢High level of knowledge of Salesforce CRM usage and available toolsets'€¢Delivery experience of Salesforce CRM'€¢Agree and document project scope and objectives'€¢Manage day to day and full project plan'€¢Report on progress at defined intervals'€¢Work closely with stakeholders'€¢Allocate resources appropriately'€¢Manage and deliver project budgets and timelines'€¢Measure success of projects and implement lessons learned'€¢Carry out risk assessments'€¢Liaise with other colleagues across multiple IT departments and other functions'€¢Strong Microsoft Office capabilities especially Excel analysis
