HR & Payroll Coordinator

Bristol

£25'000 - £30'000 (30 hours a week) + Flexitime + Benefits + Training + Pension Scheme + Holiday

This internationally recognised, state-of-the-art organisation are one of the largest of their kind and specialise in the design, test and manufacture of a range hydraulics parts and components that vary in size, material and complexity. Now, due to continuous growth and development plans this company are now looking to grow both the hydraulics and aerospace departments within the business.

In this varied role you will work 30 hours a week where you will have control of the Aerospace division based in Bristol and be responsible for all HR activities and manage the payroll service. You will work with the HR Manager and General Managers ensuring business projects are met.

The ideal candidate will come from either an engineering, manufacturing, production or aerospace background and have recent HR and payroll experience. Candidates with SAGE skills are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

* Manage all HR activities such as training, policies and disciplinary

* 30 hours a week (flexitime)

* Report and work with HR Manager

* Be responsible for payroll

The Person:

* HR & Payroll experience

* Engineering, production, manufacturing or Aerospace background

* Effective communication skills
